I absolutely adore Hidden fashion, I am a loyal customer yet I paid for 2 hair clips that weren't sent and all I got from Mya from customer services was that they were included in the order (they obviously weren't). I asked for it to be either refunded or added to my most recent order that wasn't sent yet. After I had replied and clearly stated I had thoroughly checked everything, no reply. Also, the black skater skirt was wet through (only item that was wet) and smelt vaguely of cannabis. After washing the smell has gone but it was disgusting.

I did not receive my order.

I have purchased clothes several times and have never been disappointed the quality is very good.

Delivery timing was on point. Clothes are fit to size and returns are very easy to do. Overall, good service and would definitely recommend this site.

The clothes I spent over 300 pounds on in total are all here useless! Cheap asf quality! Sooo cheap looking I can't. I got them in September. Horrible and horrible smell

I wasn’t aware that this company doesn’t sell their own products but products from other businesses such as ‘I saw it first”. I ordered a bodysuit and a skirt which both were big so sizing is slightly off. Quality is good but that’s not down to the company but the company of the item you’ve bought. Delivery was about a week and no complaints. The ‘85%’ sale doesn’t end that day but seems to be a permanent thing

I absolutely love this shop, great quality clothes and shoes for hardly any money, the best shop ever. I've ordered plenty of items and times and there are always fast, and fantastic quality love this shop.
